Aeh Times Square is a residential plot project located in Chikkaballapur, Bangalore North. The connecting roads from the project are Bellary Road 21.4km, Outer Ring Road 53.1km, ITPL Main Road 57.7km. The city connections of the project are Chikkaballapur Railway Station 5km, Stonehill International School 28km, Honeywell 39 km, Columbia Asia Hospital 40km, Esteem Mall 40km. Chikkaballapura along the Bengaluru – Hyderabad National Highway and about an hour’s drive from the city. Chikkabalapur is one of the most happening places for investment in North Bangalore, since the connectivity is very good and close to BIA.  Chikkabalapur is a new district which is yet to be developed and right now it is good for investment since lot of government projects is being planned. Aeh Times Square project in future will be potential in terms of capital appreciation, ROI, rentals and proximity to social infrastructure.
