Lakshmi Nagar project is located in Guduvanchery, Chennai South. The connecting roads from the project are GST Road 2.2km, Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road 12.8km, Mudichur Road 16.9km. The city connections of the project are Potheri Railway Station 2km, Mahindra World City 8km, Gold Souk Grand Mall Chennai 10km, Hindu Mission Hospital 16km, SushilHari International Residential School 17km. Guduvanchery is a very good location. It has good connectivity ECR through Guduvanchery, Tiruporur State Highway. Guduvanchery is located close to upcoming IT centers and SEZ. So, Lakshmi Nagar has all potential in terms of capital appreciation, ROI, rentals and proximity to social infrastructure.
