if you are planning to invest in Mysore road, then I would suggest you that it is better to go projects such as Indium Lake Forest, KNS Archisa, Bluejay Olive and TGS Lakshmi.

What are the dimensions of plots they are offering? How much is the rate per sqft going on and what is the booking amount they are charging?
The project offers dimension ranging from 1200 sqft to 4000 sqft. Rs 10,000 is the booking amount and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 599.
