Sai Kalyan Winst is a ongoing project located at Coffee Board Layout and approved BBMP. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk units with size ranging from 993 sqft to 1670 sqft.the price of the apartment falls in the bracket of Rs 42 lakhs to Rs 70.14 lakhs approximately.  

Bangalore North is really doing good in terms of investment purpose... So you can expect good appreciation in  the coming years.
