Pragathi Amber is an ongoing project by Nandini Group. The builer have not completed any project but they are having two ongoing projects such as Pragathi Amber and Prakruthi Solitaire in Bangalore itself. The group aims to provide quality built homes at affordable prices.

How is the project has the builder launched the project? Are the approvals in place and how is Electronic City Phase 1 from investment point of view?

For a short term invest, Electronic City Phase I is an ideal option as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I

After two to three years you can expect good appreciation in Ananthnagar as the area is developing but in electronic city appreciation is dwelling high on every quarter.

The builder has already launched the project on 3rd of September 2016. The possession of the project is expected by third quarter of 2018. There will be a total of 187 units and is spread over 2.32 acres of land.

The builder has received CC from BMRDA and the plan is also sanctioned by BMRDA. Banks like Punjab National Bank, ICICI, State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance and Axis Bank has approved the project.
