Yes, Saswad Road real estate is sought after for its well-developed social infrastructure. The four-lane Saswad Hadapsar Road is under-construction and once it opened for common people, it will reduce the traffic problem in the future. All the daily basic necessities are within the stone throw distance. Transport facilities are also good in the locality. The Pune Railway Station is a drive of 40-minute drive from here, while the Pune Airport is around 50 to 60 minutes away, along the Kharadi Bypass Road.

There are many residential developments happening in the locality few of them are Swapna Nagi by Venkatesh Construction, Green Gold by YNK Group and Dew Drops by Ram India.
Price of a 1BHK flat in 630 sq-ft. will cost you Rs.17.6L @Rs.2800/sq-ft. while Dew Drops is offering 1BHK in 624 sq-ft, @Rs 3000/sq-ft.
If we compare the price of Green Gold project with Ranjeet Bhuleashwar park, i find that Green Gold by YNK Group is offering residential plots @Rs.600/sq-ft. while Ranjeet Bhuleshwar park has offered the plot @Rs.500/sq-ft. 1 Year back. Locality is good for investment as it has seen that property price in this locality has grown 12-15% in last one year.
Saswad Road is an upcoming locality, not exactly in Pune, but just on the border side. Saswad is never dependent on Pune for the resources like water and electricity. Sufficient supply of water and electricity in the locality. All the constructions comes under town planning. With Pune -Baramati highway constructed, the time required to reach Magarpatta, Nagar raod is just 20-25 mins. It takes about same time reach kondhwa/katraj/ Hinjewadi road. Last couple of years huge development has seen in this locality. All the basic necessities are nearby. Transport facilities are also good in the locality. So those who are planning to buy flat here for end use purpose can look at the other localities. But for those who are planning for investment purposes will have to wait for 3-5 yrs to get a good appreciation.
