About Concorde Group Pvt Ltd

Concorde Group was set up in 1998 and in just a decade and a half has developed over 18 million sft of residential space, keeping in line with the rocketing growth of the IT industry in Bangalore. Management Profile

B.S. Shivarama
Chairman

Equipped with a Masters degree in Arts, a whole lot of imagination and a will to succeed, B S Shivarama set out some 14 years ago to change the industry and the way the real estate business was perceived in Bangalore. Today, it wouldn't be an exaggeration if we said he has been successful in not only changing perceptions but also in redefining the industry. Respected for his incisive views on industry and his business, B S Shivarama has been the motivational force behind the success and achievements of the Group.

R. Gopal Reddy
Managing Director

On the other hand, R. Gopal Reddy comes from the real estate and Construction industry; and like the other co-founder of the group he too shared a vision of not just changing perceptions of consumers, but also the very fact on how this industry functions in Bangalore. So when the opportunity arose in 1998, without batting an eyelid, he jumped into the fray to start the Concorde Group. Today, he is primarily responsible for chalking out development and directional strategies of the group.

B.S. Nesar
Executive Director

B S Nesar, is a Master's Degree holder in International Finance from the University of Leeds and also has a degree in Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Nesar brings with him the exposure and talent to see and do things differently. He also takes keen interest in the department of Project Planning and strategizing the key areas in which the Business can be developed. Ever since he joined the Group, there has been a fresh infusion of not just ideas, but also a strong never-say-die-attitude within the Group.

R. G. Sunil
Executive Director

R G Sunil, has an MBA in International Finance from University of Wales, Institute Cardiff, UK. He joined the Group in 2010 and has since made remarkable contributions in all aspects of the business. More recently, he has begun handling the vibrant chain of coffee outlets called Cuppa. Sunil brings with him a lot of charisma and a fresh way of looking at things, but when this is mixed with enthusiasm and a now-or-never-spirit, it can become a potent combination, like we have just discovered.

R. G. Anil
Executive Director

R G Anil, has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Advertising from University of Leeds, UK. Anil in many ways totally represents the Generation Next at Concorde. Always enthusiastic and is always on a constant learning curve. He is responsible for many of the changes within the Group. He is responsible and very functional in taking part in customer care which is an integral part of Real Estate. Though he has been at a short stint so far, his contribution to the Group and its functioning is already remarkable and telling.

B. S. Lakshmi
Executive Director

The softer and more creative side of the team is truly represented by B. S. Lakshmi who has a Masters Degree in Accounts and Finance from Manchester University, UK. B.S. Lakshmi, brings in a well rounded understanding of the processes and set of international best practices. She has an eye for the finance related activities which represents the sole back bone of any Real Estate entity. She is up to date with all the financial activities of the organization. In many ways, she does represent the future of the Group and the promise it holds for all stakeholders. Here again, in a short period of time she has been able to make remarkable contributions and added to all aspects of the business.

Mr.Ajaz Ahmed
Vice President-Projects & Engineering

Mr.Ajaz Ahmed has a Civil Engineering Degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management. With a total of over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Ajaz Ahmed has been instrumental in setting up the entire technical department and in adopting new constructional technologies within the Group. Usually the first to get involved in a new project, Ajaz Ahmed plays a key role when it comes to deciding everything about a project, right from technical and financial viability, finalization of designs and contracts, to overall project management.

Rohini S Bagewadi
Principal Architect

Rohini S Bagewadi, is an Architect with over 17 years of experience in the field of architecture and design. She has handled various projects in residential and commercial spaces and usually is an active participant from the start to till the completion of a project. She has been with the Concorde Group for over 10 years now and we are sure the blueprint to our success lies in her designs.

Mr.Satya Prakash Gupta
Chief Finance Officer

SP Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of Concorde Group. His areas of responsibilities include Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Taxation and restructuring for the whole group. SP Gupta joined as CFO in 2012 and has over 15 years of rich experience in the field of finance, accounts, taxation and audit. As the Head of Finance, Mr. Gupta's key responsibilities is to support the company´┐Żs growth, manage critical finance functions and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Prior to that, Mr. Gupta was heading the corporate audit department for one of the leading construction and infrastructure companies wherein his key responsibilities were to ensure process and key compliances. Mr. Gupta is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Lawyer by profession. He holds a B.Sc. (Computer Science) degree from Bundelkhand University.

Mr. Raja Mukherjee
Head - Sales & Marketing

Mr. Raja Mukherjee, a Pharmaceutical Graduate with a management post-graduate and an executive graduate degree in Business Management Program from IIM Calcutta, has had extensive experience of over 13 years in marketing, corporate strategy, Business Planning and sales across varied sectors like Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Corporate restructuring and Real estate. Apart from being a thorough Business professional, Raja is a passionate management educator and mentor to various start-ups across the country. He effectively geared many businesses to success with sustained business model. Raja is also part of various Education and CSR forums across various industries. Raja joined as Head - Sales and Marketing in 2013. Prior to joining Concorde Group, Raja was the Head Sales (Residential Vertical) with a leading Real Estate organisation of South India.
