Damla T Mathew Chairman & Managing director
Damla T Mathew is a law graduate with a
post-graduate degree in Management from Symbiosis, Pune. As a strategic and
market savvy professional, Damla Mathew has over 20years of experience in the
Property Development vertical. As they say, leaders do start early and with a
flair that is truly their own. Damla's initial foray into Property Development
was a vital one that has set the course for Damden in the following years - his
very first project, the Vishwashanti Nagar Township was a joint development
with the $1.2 billion Ramky Group.
Prior to kick-starting Damden, Damla has had
considerable experience with Philips and the Dalmia Groups. Damla's core
responsibilities at Damden are strategic planning and marketing. Apart from his
passion for ideation and creating innovative projects, Damla is an active
contributor in the Social circuits and an avid believer in the greater good of
the community as a whole.
Dennis T Basil Joint Managing director
Dennis T Basil is a graduate engineer from Bangalore
University and a post-graduate MPEF from IIM, Bangalore. Dennis has also had a
significant contribution in Damden's growth, since its inception. With his
technological and engineering leanings, Dennis began his career with major MNCs
like Tata Honeywell and Forbes. Right through since the Vishwashanti Nagar days
of Damden, Dennis brings in over 20 years of vital experience in Real Estate
In addition to managing vital portfolios like
Project Planning and Construction, he adds his keen sense of financial acumen
and people relationship skills to the table. Apart from a keen interest in
business forecasting, Dennis brings his passion for fun, leisure and technology
to add value across the chain at Damden.
