  • Driveways: Inter-locking paving blocks or any other suitable material
  • Painting: Cement paint of standard make on the exteriors of the unit as per color scheme from the architects
  • Landscape: Civil work in Landscaped pockets.
  • Roof Tiles: Sloping parapets covered with clay tiles.
  • Water Proofing: Water proofing treatment in all toilets, exposed terraces and roof tops
