Our Bankers will get the sanction to the Customer.
Customer registers the Apartment and pays nothing till the end ! (plastering). Company will bear all Interest Costs ! till fit-out possession.
Normally in a 2-2.5 Years period a Customer ends up paying anywhere between 3 lacs 5 lacs as interest the Subvention scheme makes this Interest 0.
Booking Amount : 1% of Agreement Value plus the customer pays stamp duty and registration taxes. Rest all on possession.
