It had started construction activity by building a society
comprising of 72 flats called as 'Ornate Park' located at Kothrud, Pune, under
the township called 'Balwantpuram'. Status: Completed.
In order to improve the quality of construction, employ
modern techniques and render one of the best customer services with exceptional
post possession support, Pethkar Projects came out with a better project called
as 'Shefalika Heights', a society comprising of about 275 flats and 6 row
houses, also a part of Balwantpuram. This scheme is also completed in a
systematic and methodical way resulting into an aesthetically pleasing
residential project. Status: Completed.
With the overwhelming response from the customers, we opened
Phase II of Balwantpuram, called as 'Samrajya' comprising of around 600 flats.
As our consistent approach to render new & better amenities within the flat
and the surroundings we introduced few more provisions for the utter
convenience of the flat owners. We introduced pipe gas to each flat, swimming
pool, cafeteria etc in 'Samrajya'. Samrajya comprises of in all 3 buildings
which in turn comprises of 16 wings, out of which we have almost completed the
first building comprising 224 flats. Status: Building L5 Completed. Soon
opening the remaining 2 buildings i.e. 9 wings, all which are 11 storey towers.
