Consequent upon name change. was granted to our Company on Jan 25. 2010 by the ROC.The name of our Company has now been changed to Raheja Universal (Pvt.) Limited. upon conversion to a Private Limited Company. pursuant to a special resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting dated 26th July. 2012. A fresh certificate of incorporation. consequent upon name change was granted to our Company on 09th August 2012 by the ROC.
