SPECIFICATIONS OF MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
a) Construction includes excavation of earth, footing work, pedestrian
concreting upto plinth beam level,Basement earth work, Basement construction,
Plinth Beam casting, construction of columns and construction of R.C.C. roof for Ground, First
and Head Room.
b)To build the inside R.C.C. staircase from Ground Floor to First
Floor. (Exterior staircase excluded)
2. MATERIALS USED FOR STRUCTURES:
i) Robo sand or River sand will be used for concrete and slab casting work and
for the plastering the fine river sand will be used by the Contractor.
ii) TMT steel will be used for the construction work of slabs, columns and
iii) ISI standard cement will be used for the construction of superstructure
3. SUMP & OVER HEAD TANK:
With the capacity of 4000 liters (sump will be constructed with the R.C.C slab
with plain cement smooth finishing and water Proofing.) Sintex overhead tank
