Mr. Santhanakrishnan is the founder and Managing Partner of the Firm – M/s PKF Sridhar & Santhanam, Chartered Accountants. He is a science graduate with degree in law and the Fellow member of ICAI. He has more than 30 years of experience in Global Assurance and Consulting. He has been awarded with Professional Excellence Award by Chennai HR Forum.
He is a member of the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is the Chairman of Accounting Standard Board and Committee of Small & Medium Practitioners. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Corporate Laws of ICAI. He is also the member of Audit & Assurance Standard Board and other 6 Committees of the ICAI including Corporate Governance Committee. He was also the Chairman of Information Technology Committee of ICAI.
Mr. Santhanakrishnan is actively involved in numerous industry oriented initiatives of the Reserve Bank of India, the Ministry of Company Affairs and SEBI. He is the member of National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards and Committee of Central Government for IFRS implementation. In a career spanning 13 years across key TATA Group companies, Mr. Brotin Banerjee has acquired an in-depth understanding of the Indian consumer. Mr. Banerjee joined TATA Housing Development Company Limited (a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons) in 2006 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In 2008 he was appointed as MD & CEO of the company, giving him the distinction of being one of the youngest MDs in the history of TATA Group. During his tenure, Mr. Banerjee has revolutionized the face of the real estate sector by pioneering the innovative concept of low-cost housing under the Shubh Griha brand. He is also the proud recipient of the Pathfinders Award for the "Most Enterprising CEO" at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2010 for his contribution in shaping Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd. as one of the most innovative, customer centric and successful companies in real estate today.
Apart from this, TATA Housing also pioneered Sustainable Integrated Green Township Development, by virtue of which, it is the only player today with a holistic approach to the real estate segment with a pan-India presence. Mr. Banerjee began his career with TATA Group at TATA Chemicals. As Product Manager (Branded Salt-TATA Chemicals), he was instrumental in the successful re- launch of TATA Salt Brand with the most popular campaign (TATA Namak – Desh Ka Namak) as well as in increasing its market share to its highest level till then. He had the vision to cater to the bottom of the pyramid and in the year 2001, TATA Chemicals launched a low-cost branded iodized salt 'Samunder' in order to reach the bottom of the pyramid and successfully convert the un-branded salt users to use iodized Namak.
When the TATA Group acquired strategic stake in Barista Coffee Company Ltd., Mr. Banerjee was deputed to the company in the role of Vice President – Marketing, Strategy & Corporate Communications. His role was to ensure the revival of the brand that was the pioneer in building the 'out of house' coffee culture in India. He was subsequently promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Not only did he stabilize the company but during his time many innovations and new products were launched (Barista Crème, Barista Radio, Barista Smart Card, etc.), which helped Barista become an aspirational and premium brand. Pitch magazine in its anniversary issue in October 2004 featured him in the list of top 50 marketing professionals in India. During his tenure, Mr. Banerjee ensured that Barista became one of the country's most successful, premium and aspirational brands.
Armed with a MA in international studies from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Mr. Banerjee joined the prestigious TAS (TATA Administrative Services) in 1998. He also holds a BA Honors degree from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.

Venkat is a Commerce Graduate, a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
Post his qualification, he worked for a period of four years with The Tata Oils Mills Co (TOMCO) and thereafter moved to Tata Tea. He was also deputed to Barista Coffee as its CFO for a period of two years. Venkat has over 20 years working experience.
Mr. Sanjay G. Ubale a distinguished IAS Officer with over twenty years of experience is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited. He has a B. Sc (Physics, Mathematics & Statistics) from Mumbai University and Masters in marketing management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Bombay University and Development Studies from the University of Bath, UK.
He was the Managing Director of a public sector undertaking called Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation, where he was responsible for a dramatic turnaround. Mr. Ubale was also the Collector and District Magistrate in Sangli district of Maharashtra. He was also the Project Director of the World Bank and Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Projects.
His last assignment before joining TRIL as MD & CEO was as Secretary, Special Projects, Government of Maharashtra which involved creating a vision for the city of Mumbai and suggesting measures for its transformation into a world class city.
